General conditions

– Upon entering the apartment, the tenant declares that he or she has
read and agree to them.
– The apartment may only be used for personal purposes and not for
illegal or commercial purposes.
– The tenant is not allowed to sublet or pass on the apartment
to third parties.
– Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
– The lessee is liable for any damage to the apartment or the property
of the landlord caused during the stay by the tenant or his/her guests.
– The landlord is not liable for any loss, theft or damage of personal
property of the tenant or his/her guests.

Down payment:

– To confirm the reservation, the tenant must pay a deposit of 50% of the
total rental amount.
– The deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the reservation.

The landlord will timely notify the tenant of any changes in the

Cancellation Policy:

– For cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
– For cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be
refunded.
– For cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival, no refunds are available.
– The tenant must notify the landlord of any cancellations in writing.
– These terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply to all rentals
of the apartment and are subject to change by the landlord. The tenant will be
informed of this in a timely manner.

Deposit:

– Upon arrival, the tenant must pay a deposit of €200 in cash or tikkie at the
apartment.
– The deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure if no damage or loss is
found and the apartment is in the same condition as on arrival.
– If damage or loss is found, the cost of this will be deducted
from the deposit. Any costs in excess of the deposit will be charged to the
tenant.
– The landlord reserves the right to take photographs of the apartment
prior to and after the rental period to verify any damage or
loss.
– The cost for standard cleaning of the apartment after the rental period
is €65 and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Costs that may be deducted from the deposit include:
– Damage to furniture, equipment, accessories or property of the landlord.
– Loss of or damage to keys, remote controls or other property of the
landlord.
– Additional cleaning fees if the apartment is not left in the same condition as
upon arrival.
– Any fines or charges imposed on the landlord by the authorities
as a result of the tenant’s behavior during the stay.

The landlord will notify the tenant in a timely manner of any charges that will be deducted
